I'm extremely disappointed. I became a patient of this practice in the fall of 2025. I selected the Dr, I thought would be best suited to meet my needs as a middle aged patient. The portal advised this Dr was taking new patients. Yet, I ended up with a NP who informed me on my first visit she would be leaving the practice and moving out of state with her family in November of 2025. I'm then assigned another NP. I don't have a problem with a NP, my primary partitioner of more than 10 years is an excellent NP. But, in this practice, I have to communicate through a portal and a nurse's assistant. I have very serious concerns after weeks of communication through the portal with the nurse assistant and have requested to speak with Kathryn Jones. I called, left a message requesting NP Jones, after weeks of communicating through her nurse assistant. And guess who returns my call...the nurse assistant. Not only did the call come from the nurse assistant, but it came after 5pm and with her telling me the NP Kathryn Jones has gone home for the day. And if I want to talk to NP Jones, she asked if I was okay waiting until the end of the week. Every time I have been seen by NP Jones, she is accompanied by two Nurse assistants. I have concerns about my health and the current prescribed medication and I can't speak with the NP who knows my circumstances. She's too busy to call me according to the nurse assistant, but she can communicate a response to me if I tell the nurse assistant what my concerns are...after communicating for weeks with the nurse assistant. Where is the DR in this practice and what does it take to be heard and shown empathy by a professional practitioner practicing the distribution of medication?

Dr. LeBel and the rest of the Elle OBGYN practice are absolutely wonderful. I never feel unheard and everyone always does their best to try to answer your question or problem-solve. This will be our first baby delivered by Dr. LeBel and I have no regrets in our choice to trust her.

Dr LeBel was the first doctor I’ve ever had that’s believed me the first time. It was so nice to feel listened to and feel I was truly going to be taken care of. The whole team was excellent and everyone there was friendly and really great about calming my nerves

My experience with this practice has been nothing but good. I have been going here for 5 years and I have always been very pleased with their service. Dr Lebel is kind and welcoming. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new provider.

Be warned, wait time is unreal! Sat for one hour in the waiting room and another hour in the exam room for a 3:30 appointment. Finally checked out right before 6:00.

I love that Dr. Label always spends time listening to what is going on with me and my needs. I have never experienced anything different than her being attentive to what my needs were and making suggestions for my best care. She’s never pushy or demeaning. All of her staff are super friendly and kind.

I appreciate that Dr. LeBel takes the time to actually sit down and listen. She makes me feel like my voice is heard and I am seen not and not just another patient. She never fails to answer all of my questions, concerns. The world needs a few more physicians like her.

Dr. Lebel just recently did my hysterectomy and this lady saved my life I honestly believe she works miracles because I’m not in any pain her whole team is fabulous not only that Dr. Lebel is so funny lol She is the BEST
